ANS is proud to announce the Annual ANS- Binod/Sabirti Mainali Scholarship for year 2015.

This scholarship is dedicated to Binod and Sabitri Mainali for their lifelong dedication to their family and community. This scholarship is open to High School seniors of Nepalese origins who are residents of Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia Pennsylvani and North Carolina. The purpose of this scholarship is to embolden High School seniors of Nepalese origin who excel academically, show leadership among peers, and make a positive impact within Nepalese community.

REQUIREMENTS (Must meet ALL Criteria)

Class Year: High School Senior
Residency: Resident of Virginia, Maryland or District of Columbia, Pennsylvania & North Carolina
Origin: Nepalese Origin
Grade: Minimum unweighted CGPA of 3.0
Enrollment: Plan to enroll as a 1st year college student in an accredited college/university

Winners are chosen by a selection committee made up of five members. The decision is based on the submitted application, recommendation letters, and essay.

The objectives of ANS includes fostering greater knowledge and understanding of literature, arts, cultures, values, manners, social customs, and other facts of diversities and similarities among Americans and Nepalese in the USA.

NASeA Youth Scholarship Ad-Hoc committee is requesting you for an application for annual scholarship award for Eric Lu, and Chinese American Lions Club of Atlanta Scholarship Award managed by APAC-GA

APAC will be awarding two special scholarships of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) at its 30^th Annual Unity Gala on May 2, 2015. These scholarships are meant to support the college education of deserving Asian American high school students who are about to graduate and enter college.

Applicants will be judged on their overall academic achievement, leadership qualities, extra-curricular involvement, community service, and established essay grading rubric.

Please submit your application to NASeA Youth Scholarship Ad-Hoc Committee via email at Scholarship@NASeAOnline.org by March 25, 2015 Midnight Eastern Time. Upon selection, you will be asked to fill in the final APAC Application.
