The Nepalese Association in Southeast America (NASeA) extends its sincere gratitude to the Prime Minister of Nepal, Rt. Honorable Sushila Karki, for the leadership demonstrated by her interim government in successfully conducting the recent national election. NASeA recognizes the significance of this achievement and acknowledges the efforts made to ensure a fair, transparent, and peaceful electoral process.
As a community organization representing Nepalis globally, NASeA values democratic participation and the stability that credible elections bring to Nepal’s governance and future. The successful completion of this election reflects the dedication of institutions, officials, and citizens who contributed to this important national milestone.
NASeA also expresses appreciation to all individuals and organizations who supported the electoral process and helped uphold democratic principles during this transitional period. The association remains committed to fostering unity, cultural preservation, and civic engagement within the Nepali diaspora.

The Nepalese Association in Southeast America (NASeA) expresses its deepest sorrow over the tragic passing of Nepali-origin police officer Mr. Pradeep Tamang, who lost his life in the line of duty in Georgia, USA.

Officer Tamang was conducting an investigation at a hotel in Georgia when he was shot by an assailant. Despite immediate medical attention, he passed away during treatment. His untimely death at just 25 years of age, only a year after beginning his service in the U.S. police force, is an immeasurable loss to his family, the Nepali diaspora, and the broader community he served with dedication.

NASeA honors Officer Tamang’s courage, commitment, and service to public safety. His sacrifice will forever remain in our hearts and in the collective memory of our community.

On behalf of NASeA, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.

जर्जियास्थित एक होटलमा घटनाको अनुसन्धानका क्रममा एक व्यक्तिले अचानक गो’ली प्रहार गरेपछि गम्भीर घाइते भएका तामाङको उपचारकै क्रममा निधन भएको खबर सम्पूर्ण नेपाली समुदायका लागि अत्यन्त पीडादायी छ।
मात्र २५ वर्षको उमेरमा, अमेरिकाको प्रहरी सेवामा प्रवेश गरेको एक वर्षमै यस्तो असामयिक बिदाइ हुनु अपूरणीय क्षति हो।

समुदायको सुरक्षाका लागि उनले देखाएको साहस, कर्तव्यनिष्ठा र समर्पण सदैव स्मरणीय रहनेछ।
