Synchronized Blood Drive on Saturday, April 20th, 2019

Dear NASeA Community Members and beyond,

I invite you to join the great cause along with the ‘Blood Donors of America’ and  different Nepali organizations in our regularly occurring joint blood drive. It Not only encourages emotional and physical health, one pint can lead to three lives being saved. So, I request you to consider a contribution.

Rather than a single event, we have decided to band with the BDA and hold synchronized events across multiple states and platforms. We hope that our individual effort will be able to culminate into a much larger outcome.

Let us publicize this event for the greater good!

Congratulations! 

On behalf of Nepalese Associations  in Southeast America ( NASeA) , this is our immense pleasure  to know that in the recently accomplished midterm poll of various positions of various level of American Government election , Nepalese Origin young leaders Mr. HB ( Harry ) Bhandari is elected in the position of house delegate to the General Assembly of Maryland and Mr. Pradip Dhakal is elected in the position of town council member of Herndon Town, Fairfax County , Virginia .Both of them have their installation and oath ceremony today for their respective positions .Any individual from Nepalese origin community in any position and in any level of American Government is the pride for our entire Nepalese community .NASeA also wishes for their productive and successful tenure.

Dear respected all community members, 

NASeA Region and Beyond,

Holiday season has already started . All schools , colleges , universities and educational institutions are closed . All community members are in festive and Holiday mood . This is the time for family vacation , fun and greetings . On behalf of Nepalese Associations  in Southeast America ( NASeA ) , we would like to wish a very happy holidays to all our respected community members .

This evening is the special holy day for all Christianity Followers and celebration tonight  as the birth day of lord Jesus Christ , which is also globally called Christmas . NASeA respects all faiths and religions equally . On this special occasion, NASeA wishes a Merry Christmas to all .

The Happy New Year 2019 is also on our doorstep . This is the time at the end of 2018 to forget the past , to learn lessons from any weaknesses or incomplete goals , and  to be more energetic and enthusiastic  to  do and plan any new things . NASeA would like to wish you and your family to have good health , reaching your dreams and to have a wonderful prosperous New Year 2019.  

May this year bring new happiness, new goals, new achievements and a lot of new inspirations on your life.

Please be advised that NASeA’s Executive Vice President, Mr. Sushil Nepal, has submitted his notice of resignation from his position on December 18, 2018 . The President has accepted his resignation on December 18, 2018 and the NASeA board has ratified the President’s decision on December 18, 2018.

Dear NASeA Community Members and beyond,
The Board of Directors of NASeA has voted to restore Mr. Sushil Nepal to membership in NASeA. Upon the restoration of his membership, Mr. Nepal will resume the position of Executive Vice President through the remainder of his term of office. Mr. Nepal has dismissed the law-suit that he had filed against NASeA. Mr. Nepal and the Board of Directors have agreed to resolve their differences amicably, and for the greater good of the organization, no further communications regarding this subject will be issued by the Board or Mr. Nepal.

NASeA remembers Late President George HW Bush – May his departed soul rest in eternal peace !

NASeA Region and beyond 
Good Morning

It is with the heavy hearts and saddest condolences that we have to accept the passing of our late 41 st President of United States of America George HW Bush. Regardless of affiliation, President Bush was an exemplary gentlemen and political leader. He was the very successful President during the Gulf War era, two term Texan congressman, an ambassador to the United Nations. Chairman to Republican National Committee, and two terms VP to the great president Ronald Reagan. Nothing short of a stellar resume. He captained the Yale University baseball team and became the youngest aviator in the United States Navy Reserve during Second World War . While we may disagree with some of his policies however his crowning achievement to end 4 decades of the Cold War and controlling the nuclear races with rival super powers are widely appreciated. 

His life history proves that he was a true patriot for this county . He had decided to serve immediately in armed forces as soon as he heard on 07 Dec 1941 that Hawaii base was bombed by Japanese . He was just a high scholar senior on that day .In 19 years old as the then youngest aviator , was assigned to fly torpedo bombers off aircraft  carrier in the pacific theater .He took off to hit the radio tower of Japanese at island Chichi Jima which was heavily guarded . His aircraft was hit by enemy , smoked filled the cockpit and flames swallowed the wings .Choking on the smoke, Bush continued to steer the plane, dropping bombs and hitting the radio tower. He told other crews to parachute out of the plane, then climbed through his open hatch to maneuver out of the cockpit and exited with parachute and finally rescued by US submarines in the Pacific Ocean .What a war hero for the nation !

President Bush was a skilled bureaucratic and diplomatic player who, as president played his part for his country. His legacy will reverberate through history. 

Nepalese Associations  in Southeast America ( NASeA) solutes for his exemplary contribution and pray to rest his soul in eternal peace . NASeA also expresses  deep condolences to the bereaved Bush Family .
