Mr. Hirachan is a chairman of International Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA).
The theme of this month’s talk session is: “Triple Deadly Disasters in Japan– Earthquake, Tsunami and NuclearRadiation–and ways Nepalese Could Assist”
Less than a month ago in March 11, Japan was hit by triple deadly disasters, a 9.0 scale earthquake, a killer Tsunami and the nuclear leakage from several of its power plants. Thousands of Japanaese lost their lives and thousands are still missing. Some Nepalese who work and live in Japan are feared dead and missing. What can we as Nepalese from across the world do to help our long time friend Japan in its recovery effort. Let us find out fom Mr. Devman Hirachan who has been living in Osaka Japan for over 35 years and who is also the chairman of the International Non-Resident Nepalese Association (NRNA).
