The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) today announced a Federal Register notice extending the validity of TPS-related documentation for beneficiaries under the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for NEPAL through Jan. 4, 2021.
The notice automatically extends the validity of Employment Authorization Documents; Forms I-797, Notice of Action; and Forms I-94, Arrival/Departure Record (collectively, TPS-related documentation). The validity dates for the affected Nepal is as under .
Current Expiration Date – 24 Mar 2020
New Expiration Date – 04 Jan 2021
NASeA had always been advocating and extending its solidarity and help to extend the validity of TPS-related documentation for beneficiaries under the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for NEPAL On behalf of NASeA Executive board , with a great pleasure , we would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere thanks to the Government of United States of America for this consideration and wish all the best for the Nepalese populations to those under this TPS status for their better immigration status in the days ahead.
