Bio of Manaswi SangraulaÂ
Manaswi is a yoga instructor who received her certification in Washington DC. She has been teaching yoga for over 5 years. She has taught to a variety of populations including to adolescents, seniors, and survivors of domestic violence. She has taught in yoga studios in Washington DC, NYC and Kathmandu, Nepal. Manaswi is passionate about health and wellness and is current completing her PhD in public mental health.Â
