Donate to help the children of late Damodar Pathak

We have closed the donation for this. Thank you everyone who donated to this cause. Latest news that we have on this is Prahlad Pant has kindly stepped up to the task of providing education for the children from the organization that he sponsors in Nepal.

Dear Friends,

We are raising funds to assist the family of Damodar Pathak. He was shot and killed in cold blod at the place of his work around 11:30pm, Monday night, January 9th, 2012. He was taken to Grady Memorial hospital, where later he was pronounced dead. Atlanta Police Department has the suspects in their custody.

His children Nicky Pathak (13) and Nicholas Pathak (9) are currently staying at Lalitpur, Nepal. Without the bread winner of a family, even simple everyday routines becomes increasingly difficult. With the drop of your support and love, these kids will have peace of mind when it comes to their basic needs and their school fees, until the permanent solution to their problem comes along.

Once again, time has come to show our unity, togetherness, and prove ourselves that we are here for each other. Our friend Damodar would have done the same, God forbid, if this had happened to me or you.

In the face of unexplainable pain you will provide an undeniable hope, I know with your generous support, this will bring a smile in Damodar Peter Pathak’s face knowing his kids will be ok in his absence.

Sincerely,
Pranaya Lama

Hinduism and Buddhism have numerous scriptures that faciliate Satsang.

Raman Raj Sastri, a true devotee of lord Krishna, has been practicing Satsang in Krishna Pranami Temple of Nashville TN and other places.

You are highly welcome to watch the broadcast live from the comfort of your house using your desktop, laptop or other mobile devises (link to the broadcast will be sent in next email) or join in person in the above broadcast address. Prasad will be offered at the above broadcast address.
